Training logs often become either spreadsheets with no product feel or consumer apps with too much ceremony.

A useful training OS should make planning and review fast, quiet, and cumulative.

Design direction

Dense but breathable logs, clear weekly review states, and calm signals for progress and recovery.

What I Built

Current Status

MVP direction exists. The next phase is making the log feel frictionless.
